The Role:
As Account Manager, you will partner with Healthcare Professionals across your South NSW territory, ensuring they are informed & educated on this revolutionary portfolio allowing them to support their patients better; drastically improving patients’ quality of life.
You will:
Develop superior knowledge of disease state and product portfolio
Develop in-depth relationships with targeted customers
Communicate clinical information & data; enabling customers to address unmet patient needs
Achieve Sales targets via strategic management of your territory
Collaborate with internal stakeholders; contributing to team success
Strategically manage your budget ensuring maximum ROI on events & meetings you deliver
Your Skills & Background:
Tertiary qualifications pref. Science, Nursing, Business
Proven local Pharmaceutical Sales experience
Passion for driving better Women’s Health outcomes
Proven ability to exceed KPIs & Sales targets
Passion for communicating clinical information effectively
Existing relationships with Gynaecologists/Obstetricians adv.
Flexible, adaptable, growth mindset, displayed learning agility
Leadership capabilities
Collaborative mindset
Motivation to drive positive patient outcomes essential
