About the opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, as an Account Manager for the Ophthalmology/Refractive Technology portfolio, you will be responsible for financial and business results, relationship building, and operational excellence, in the VIC/TAS territory.


Responsibilities

• Achieve sales for the territory and nurture future business opportunities
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with all external stakeholders in the territory
• Achieve sales and market share growth in territory
• Samples and equipment demonstrations
• Effective execution of marketing and launch plans
• Maintain product and technical knowledge
• Maintenance and management of CRM database for territory and sales activity

Skills & Experience required

• Ophthalmic medical device sales experience ideal
• Sales in VIC territory ideal
• Tertiary qualifications in orthoptics, science, or another related field
• Proven track record as a medical device sales professional
• Strong understanding of ophthalmic procedures and product technology
