About the opportunity
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role supports the implementation and ongoing management of a 4PL model. You will partner closely with the external 4PL provider and internal supply chain, customer, and quality stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and stable operations post go-live.
This position is critical to maintaining service levels, ensuring compliance, and enabling scalable distribution as the business grows. You’ll balance project activities during roll out with BAU performance oversight once operational, driving continuous improvement and resolving issues quickly. Immediate start preferred.

Duties

• Support 4PL implementation and transition activities
• Manage day-to-day 4PL partner relationship
• Monitor logistics KPIs and service levels
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalations
• Support distribution and replenishment planning
• Maintain governance routines and reporting
• Identify gaps and drive improvements
• Engage internal/external stakeholders effectively

Skills and Experience

• Regulated industry supply chain - pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG industries preferred
• Strong 4PL/3PL management experience
• SAP user experience essential
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills
• Experience in managing projects
• Ability to work autonomosly
