Standard working hours 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Located in Western Sydney.

About the opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team across all areas of the warehouse. This role requires you to be hands on to ensure client orders are fulfilled as well as complete administrative tasks including compiling reports. Duties
Ensure appropriate allocation of staff and resources to meet inbound and outbound targets
Execute strategies to meet priorities and targets for outbound orders.
Supervise daily cycle counts and inventory re-conciliation of stock variances
Utilisation of company systems whilst seeking improvements to the system/processes
Act as a site manager when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable.
Leading the team by example and helping with receiving, checking and putting away products
Being proactive and helping to complete general warehouse duties
Reporting and documentation management.
Skills and Experience
Warehouse team leading experience is essential
Forklift licence and experience would be beneficial.
Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry experience is preferred.
Experience utilising stock related and freight management systems is highly advantageous.
Great communication (written and verbal)
High attention to detail
