About the opportunity
In this role, you will work as part of a team in all areas of the warehouse, improving functions within receiving, inventory and dispatch, utilising systems to ensure the right medical devices and consumables reach the right patients on-time. Use your ability to problem solve, work cohesively in a team and be genuinely committed to patient journey to provide the best outcomes for patients.
Duties
• Receiving and checking stock
• Put aways and system entry
• Heavy lifting (weights up to 20kg)
• Inventory control using a warehouse management system
• Cycle counts and stock taking
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
• Use of a forklift (high reach) when required
• General warehouse cleaning duties
Skills and Experience
• Experience working in a warehouse in the healthcare industry is essential
• Must hold a valid LF forklift licence and have some forklift experience
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System would be beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and committed to providing the best outcomes for patients
• Desire to learn and grow with the business
• Energetic Team Player
• Good communicator with the ability to work in a team environment
