About the opportunity

As the Territory Manager you shall be promoting high-quality surgical products which can be life changing for the end user. You will work closely with Surgeons, and Allied professionals across the VIC, TAS and SA territory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective territory management and achieve sales targets for the VIC/TAS/SA territory
  • Build and maintain relationships within the hospital setting, providing clinical evaluations with surgeons and relevant stakeholders
  • Be comfortable working in the theatre setting with surgeons
  • Use your commercial acumen to collaborate with clients for successful business outcomes
  • Provide clinical education to support product sales and implementation
  • Elective surgeries, no on call work required 
Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record of sales results
  • Surgical sales experience and comfortable in the theatre setting
  • Experience providing training and education to surgeons
  • ENT, Orthopaedic or implants experience– preferable
  • Commercially astute, a self-starter and highly motivated
  • Ambitious, driven, and high energy
  • Flexible to travel
