About the opportunity:

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating business relationships with Dental Clinics across Western Sydney. This role will require you to maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to highlight the benefits of introducing the product into the clients’ clinics.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and supported by a highly skilled clinical team, you will be required to effectively manage your territory with the ability to ensure customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner. You will be commercially savvy and have the ability to participate in clinical discussions. Furthermore, you will be effective in completing sales reports and work within a set promotional budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales, achieving quarterly & annual targets
  • Develop & maintain excellent working relationships with key customers
  • Partner with practise owners; increasing commercial viability of clinics
  • Become an expert in the clinical data and promote effective use of products
  • Work cross-functionally with your team
  • Attend trade shows 
Skills and Experience required:
  • Solid Sales track record in Healthcare industry
  • Superior account management capabilities
  • Drive to exceed sales targets
  • Proven territory planning capabilities
  • Collaborative & supportive approach
  • Displayed commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to communicate clinical information
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
