About the opportunity:

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and providing on-site and remote services to support hospital, academia and research laboratories customers across New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Promote varied product portfolio to key account stakeholders
  • Assist with all technical customer & internal queries
  • Develop relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Gain in-depth market knowledge, including competitor products
  • Provide technical expertise to your team as/when required



Striving to continuously build a strong branding for yourself and employer alike, this role will require interstate and offer international travel. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a high level of technical knowledge within the laboratory setting to join a positive and supportive national team who is seeking an opportunity to expand their commercial capabilities.



Skills and Experience:



  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Biomedical engineering adv.)
  • Masters degree in Life Sciences adv.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment essential
  • Exposure to Diagnostics/Medical Devices advantageous
  • Technically minded; ability to grasp highly technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to build & maintain relationships with customers & stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaborative and cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Superior negotiation skills
