About the opportunity:
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and providing on-site and remote services to support hospital, academia and research laboratories customers across New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Promote varied product portfolio to key account stakeholders
- Assist with all technical customer & internal queries
- Develop relationships with key account stakeholders
- Gain in-depth market knowledge, including competitor products
- Provide technical expertise to your team as/when required

Skills and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Biomedical engineering adv.)
- Masters degree in Life Sciences adv.
- Experience in a laboratory environment essential
- Exposure to Diagnostics/Medical Devices advantageous
- Technically minded; ability to grasp highly technical knowledge
- Proven ability to build & maintain relationships with customers & stakeholders
- Ability to work collaborative and cross-functionally
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Superior negotiation skills
