About the role:

As the Study Contracts Associate Director you will take ownership surrounding the whole process around contract and budget management and negotiation.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee an effective operating procedure to standardize contracts and budgets
• Apply an in-depth knowledge of regulations and policies to maximise the effectiveness of contract negotiation
• Apply a strong knowledge of the contracting process to contribute to project management tasks like risk management and forecasting
• Liaise with the FSP provider, to ensure compliance with the companies' internal policies and act as the point of contact for contract queries
• Provide guidance and training to internal team members, project managers and the FSP provider
• Resolve contract related issues in a timely manner
• Additional project management duties depending on client's needs

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, law or finance
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in pharmaceutical industry
• Great understanding of international guidelines ICH-GCP
• In depth knowledge of local regulations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross functionally
• Understanding of clinical study management beneficial
• Full Australian working rights
