About the role:
As the Study Contracts Associate Director you will take ownership surrounding the whole process around contract and budget management and negotiation.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee an effective operating procedure to standardize contracts and budgets
- Apply an in-depth knowledge of regulations and policies to maximise the effectiveness of contract negotiation
- Apply a strong knowledge of the contracting process to contribute to project management tasks like risk management and forecasting
- Liaise with the FSP provider, to ensure compliance with the companies' internal policies and act as the point of contact for contract queries
- Provide guidance and training to internal team members, project managers and the FSP provider
- Resolve contract related issues in a timely manner
- Additional project management duties depending on client's needs
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, law or finance
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in pharmaceutical industry
- Great understanding of international guidelines ICH-GCP
- In depth knowledge of local regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross functionally
- Understanding of clinical study management beneficial
- Full Australian working rights
