Our client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition to join their team and help drive the talent strategy for their high-growth bio tech organisation.

About the opportunity
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading full life cycle recruiting efforts for our functions which include but are not limited to: Market Access, Digital, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Data analytics, and Key Accounts.
You will partner with hiring managers and other leaders to identify and attract top talent globally and help define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and other leaders to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts
  • Build and convey strong sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Develop talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, cold-calling and events
  • Help identify and strengthen a consistent recruiting process that results in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Guide hiring managers with market insights to make the best decision for the company
  • Conduct in-depth talent video screens and interviews

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an in-house corporate recruiter
  • Experience building teams during launch and/or commercialisation
  • Outstanding sourcing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A ‘digital first’ mindset
  • Strong Excel skills and solid experience with PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work 3-4 days in the Melbourne Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting is desired but no essential
