Our client is industry leading NFP organisation, who provided person centred Aged Care and Disability services on a national scale.

About the opportunity

Responsible for the day to day operation of this service, you will be a natural leader, who is target driven and always strives to provide the very best in client focused care.

Reporting to the general manager, you will oversee a small team to ensure service user receive the best possible care. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate all aspects of service delivery, and provide ongoing coaching to a small team.

Duties

• Oversee the day to day operations of the service

• Manage a small team

• Coach and mentor team member accordingly

• Monitor and evaluate service delivery

• Identify gaps in service

• Plan and implement improvements

• Ensure a high level of client centred care

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• 3 years or more Aged Care/ Disability/ Community experience

• Current Valid Driver's licence

• Computer literate

• Current Police Check

• Excellent communication

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders of all levels

• Ability to collect/analyse data and write comprehensive reports
