About the opportunity
Responsible for the day to day operation of this service, you will be a natural leader, who is target driven and always strives to provide the very best in client focused care.
Reporting to the general manager, you will oversee a small team to ensure service user receive the best possible care. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate all aspects of service delivery, and provide ongoing coaching to a small team.

Manage a small team
Coach and mentor team member accordingly
Monitor and evaluate service delivery
Identify gaps in service
Plan and implement improvements
Ensure a high level of client centred care
Build and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders
Skills and Experience
3 years or more Aged Care/ Disability/ Community experience
Current Valid Driver's licence
Current Police Check
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders of all levels
Ability to collect/analyse data and write comprehensive reports
