About the opportunity

This role will be responsible for developing and executing on strategies which maximise reimbursement opportunities. A field based role where you will be building relationships with key external stakeholders

Duties

• Lead in the development, planning and execution of strategic reimbursement strategies, health economics and market access
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Explain health outcomes and value economic message to c-suite level in order to support sales departments
• This will involve change management and training of sales and marketing teams in health economics
• Explain outcomes based contracting and new initiatives in technologies

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary degree in Life Science, Public Health or Health Economic degree
• 10 minimum experience in a Market Access role
• Understanding of pricing and reimbursement processes within Australia and New Zealand's policy environment
• Strong experience within Medical Devices
• Knowledge of MSAC submissions
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
