About the opportunity The role of the Senior Customer Service Representative is to provide an effective interface between our client and its customers.
Duties
Processing customer orders through Esker, EDI and Consignment/Loan usage
Inbox management - Managing all customer enquiries, including stock availability, quotes, product enquires requests, delivery discrepancies, pricing enquiries, customer returns and all other internal and external customer enquiries
Managing and optimising telephone contact between customers and our client
Providing customer back order reports and relevant ETA's
Reviewing and troubleshooting open consignment and loan billings
Provide support to other business activities and projects
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a customer service/ supply chain environment
SAP or other ERP order management experience
Good understanding of warehousing and transportation methodologies
Well-developed computer proficiency in MS Office including Excel
A certificate in Business Administration would be favourable
Exposure to the medical device industry would be favourable
Experience in customer EDI Idoc errors and large volume EDI orders, logistics and 3PL management including interface management, Idoc error processing and stock reconciliation would be an advantage
Exposure to Esker order management system

Why this opportunity is right for you This is a Full-time 3-month contract position initially and would be based in Northern Melbourne. The role is Monday to Friday only but will be office based only.
