About the opportunity

Become an integral member of a driven customer service team who are committed to patient care and customer satisfaction. In this Senior Customer Service role, you will work stand alone to ensure customer requirements in Australia and New Zealand are fulfilled. Ability to make decisions, and work cohesively with hospitals is required.

Duties

Your daily duties would include:

  • Provide a high level of Customer Service, processing orders for routine and urgent requests
  • Maintain customer database and liaise with customers in Australia and New Zealand
  • Report on backorders
  • Fulfil customer requirements and managing customer expectations
  • Support field personnel
  • Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in customer service within Medical Devices essential
  • SAP experience with a minimum of 4 years
  • Confident in using Excel for reporting
  • Ability to make decisions and work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills
