Monday to Friday, evening shifts from 04:00pm to 12:00am (midnight)

About the opportunity: In this role, you will work in a clean room environment and be responsible for supervising compounding staff, ensuring SOP's are adhered to at all times. You will conduct quality checks throughout the compounding process and be responsible for the preparation and manufacturing of pharmacy products, co-ordinating the workflow and supporting your team.
Duties:
Supervising a team of staff in the compounding facility
Ensuring aseptic techniques and procedures are adhered to
Maintaining a sterile environment and addressing any contamination risks
Use critical thinking to solve problems during the manufacturing process
Reporting any issues or concerns to team leaders / managers
Completing documentation in accordance with GMP
Supporting your compounding team to achieve goals
Other ad hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in compounding or within the pharmaceutical industry is essential
Must be comfortable working in a clean-room environment wearing PPE
Have high attention to detail
Leadership qualities/experience is highly desireable
Possess a strong understanding of GMP
Excellent written and verbal communication
Be an effective problem solver who can think on their feet
Happy to commit to a long-term assignment
Comfortable working the 04:00pm to 12:00am shift
