About the role:

As the Senioir Clinical Project Manager your role will be to lead clinical teams at a country level to execute project deliverables and to contribute to the ongoing iprovments of projects.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee trials according to decided resources, budget and timelines while liaising and leading dedicated CRA’s and SCRA’s
• Ensures all essential documents required by ICH-GCP prior to study start up are managed and in accrodance with company SOP's.
• Oversee monitroing activites and review monitroing reports from start up throgh to close out
• Liaise with external vendors and work cross functionally to manage the progress ot trials and report updates to senior and global teams
• Contribute to audition preparation, eTMF readiness and contribute to process improvements
• Contribute to risk analysis and strategy imlentations for trial activites


Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent
• Ideally 2 - 5 years of clinical project management experience
• Great understanding of international ICH-GCP guidelines
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams
• Project management experiene with budget and contract expereince desireable
• IT proficient
• Full Australian work rights
