Seeking a Life Scientist or Bioprocess Engineer, preferably with a PhD, experienced in cell culture and recombinant protein expression to bolster our Cell Line Development team. The primary focus will involve screening mammalian cell lines for biologics manufacturing and conducting early-phase upstream process development utilizing a bioreactor system.

- Prior experience working with Bio reactors
- Preferably hold a PhD, though candidates with a Master's degree and relevant experience will also be considered
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills

Duties
- Designing and executing experiments with precision and foresight
- Ensuring accurate and prompt data collection, with meticulous documentation
- Crafting various documents such as experimental protocols and reports
- Effectively communicating ideas and findings through concise reports and presentations
- Coordinating tasks with other departments within the Research and Product Development divisions
- Engaging in hands-on lab work, comprising approximately 50% of the role, particularly with semi-automated systems
- Monitoring processes in real-time, analyzing data, and making prompt decisions to adapt processes accordingly
- Preparation of buffers
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience with Bio reactors
- Previous experience in mammalian cell culture development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles, including laboratory work and coordination with other teams
- Capacity to work independently, with a quick learning aptitude and self-motivation
