Duties
- Support a leading range of food microbiology products
- Proactively generate leads for sales representatives
- Conduct follow up calls for general enquiries, product enquiries, and pricing
- Manage multiple communication channels
- Manage customer details in CRM system
- To act as a liaison between the organisation and customers
- Meet monthly KPI’s in adherence to the organisational target
- Experience in food microbiology in a customer service,sales or labratory environment required
- Exposure to CRM systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Science or food degree is required
- Be proactive and hands on
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Objection handling skills and experience generating leads desirable
- One or multiple of the below experience or exposure is highly desirable
- Microbial Enumeration
- Pathogen Testing
- Microbial Swabbing
- Rapid Cleaning Verification
