About the opportunity


In this role you will be a key administrative support to Senior stakeholders, Sales, Marketing and the wider team. You will be confident in diary & calendar management, pruchase order management, along with coordinating travel, meetings & events. You will be pro-active and resilient with the capacity to be flexible in your approach.

Duties

  • Admin support to Senior Stakeholders
  • Provide support for marketing material/ collateral
  • Database management, training, reporting
  • Cross-functional support to Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory
  • Raise purchase orders and reconcile expenses
  • Coordinate induction and training for new personnel
  • Distribution of promotional material

Skills and Experience

  • Previous exposure to an administration/coordination role
  • Previously managed expenses and purchase orders
  • Able to prioritise and work on projects as they come up
  • Strong understanding of compliance within healthcare
  • Able to bring new ideas/ process improvements
  • Systems oriented- Microsoft Suite, SAP
