About the opportunity

Working directly with the Commercial team you will contribute your administration experience and sales coordination exposure. Strong communications will be vital in liaising with the sales team and senior leaders. You will have a proven ability to stay organised and deliver objectives in an environment with multiple deadlines and focus on operational excellence.

Duties:

  • Support the Business unit Manager and the sales force
  • Maintain pricing and system updates through Salesforce
  • Manage and update customer contracts through Salesforce
  • Provide pre sales support when required
  • Manage budgets and reconcile expenses
  • Manage multiple sales calendars

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in Salesforce is a MUST
  • Previous experience in Health Care industry
  • Experience within a Sales Coordinator role
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with urgency
  • High level communicator both written and verbal
  • Strong business acumen
