About the Opportunity
As the Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting regulatory processes and projects, collaborating closely with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Reporting to the Regulatory Manager, this position is instrumental in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity of a hybrid WFH arrangement.

Duties
• Conduct regulatory analysis and summarise findings for the team.
• Develop and execute regulatory strategies to support current processes and programs.
• Lead minimal complexity projects and deliver tasks on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation and execute relevant policies and procedures.
• Identify regulatory requirements and recommend process improvements.

Skills and Experience
• University degree in a related Life Sciences field
• Experience working in Regulatory Affairs for 2-3 years
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical or Consumer Products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
