About the Opportunity

A rare and exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced professional to step into a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting a wide range of medical and regulatory activities. You’ll join a lean, hands-on team where versatility and initiative are highly valued.

In this diverse role, you'll provide support across areas such as medical information, special access programs, quality systems, and clinical documentation. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, a willingness to take on varied tasks, and the ability to work effectively across functions.

Duties
  • Respond to enquiries from healthcare professionals using evidence-based medical information
  • Coordinate documentation and tracking for patient access programs and clinical support initiatives
  • Support review processes for scientific and promotional materials
  • Assist with process improvement activities and internal quality documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Medical, Regulatory, and Quality teams
Skills and Experience
  • Background in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
  • Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry in medical affairs, regulatory, or related areas
  • Confident communicator with a high level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently when needed
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and healthcare communication standards
