About the opportunity
In this newly created role, as the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a team of GP, Hybrid and Specialty Representatives across the WA territory.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a new sales team to exceed sales targets and drive positive patient outcomes.
- You will oversee the implementation of launch strategies ensuring the team retains high standards of service & product knowledge.
- You will partner with Marketing, Medical & Training teams to continue to build a strong presence in the market.
- You will also hold responsibility for establishing/maintaining key accounts relationships.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in Science or Business related
- Proven team leadership capabilities
- Superior coaching/mentoring capabilities
- Proven ability to hold your team accountable
- Pharmaceutical Sales experience ess.
- Strong Account Management capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Launch experience adv.
- Passion for people development
- Strong business & financial acumen
