About the opportunity

In this newly created role, as the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a team of GP, Hybrid and Specialty Representatives across the WA territory.
 
Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a new sales team to exceed sales targets and drive positive patient outcomes.
• You will oversee the implementation of launch strategies ensuring the team retains high standards of service & product knowledge.
• You will partner with Marketing, Medical & Training teams to continue to build a strong presence in the market.
• You will also hold responsibility for establishing/maintaining key accounts relationships.

 
Skills and Experience

• Tertiary Qualifications in Science or Business related
• Proven team leadership capabilities
• Superior coaching/mentoring capabilities
• Proven ability to hold your team accountable
• Pharmaceutical Sales experience ess.
• Strong Account Management capabilities
