About the opportunity
In this newly created role, as the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a team of GP, Hybrid and Specialty Representatives across the South Australian territory.
You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a new sales team to exceed sales targets and drive positive patient outcomes.
You will oversee the implementation of launch strategies ensuring the team retains high standards of service & product knowledge.
You will partner with Marketing, Medical & Training teams to continue to build a strong presence in the market.
You will also hold responsibility for establishing/maintaining key accounts relationships.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary Qualifications in Science or Business related
Proven team leadership capabilities
Superior coaching/mentoring capabilities
Proven ability to hold your team accountable
Pharmaceutical Sales experience ess.
Strong Account Management capabilities
Proven track record of delivering results
