Are you currently working in customer service or sales and unsure of what’s next? A career within medical recruitment could be for you. This position is perfectly suited to someone with a phone-based customer service or sales background. You will be immediately supported with the tools and training to assist with your progression into a successful, rewarding and lucrative profession.
This role is primarily made up of outbound calls and communication. You would need to be self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Everyday is different, you will speak to interesting and highly educated medical and allied health professionals, supporting them in finding their next position.
Your daily duties will involve:
Communicating with medical and allied health professionals via phone and email on a cyclical basis, building rapport and ensuring continuous engagement
Accessing a range of platforms and databases to proactively source new candidates
Providing advice to candidates on career enhancing opportunities, training and career pathways
Successfully multi-tasking to prioritise outgoing and incoming calls, as well as email communications
Your experience:
Customer service, contact or call centre, phone-based background
Success with managing high-volume outbound and inbound calls
Consistent achievement of KPI’s in a previous role
Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding customer experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
