Overview of position
As a Recruitment Resourcing Consultant, you will partner with our established team of five, to place Specialist Doctors, Allied Health Professionals and Business Support staff nationwide. You will be one of two Resourcing Consultants leading candidate generation (identification through to placement), candidate credentialing, marketing campaigns and candidate data auditing. Work in beautiful modern offices in Sydney 2000 side by side with our full team.


Using your superior communication skills, tactical mindset and desire to work in a specialised area of health care, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with Australia's largest primary health care organisations. Our work also extends to service privately owned rural and regional clinics.


Moving away from the traditional KPI focused recruitment mindset, we as an organisation proactively focus on the quality of our knowledge and services. Your initial months will be spent developing you, as a centre of excellence in the space of primary health. You will support the process of identifying qualified Doctors both in Australia and overseas while maintaining active communication with our full candidate pool.

Day to day activities

  • Collating lists of suitable candidates via our database, for vacant roles in view of team urgency
  • Communicating with candidates via phone predominantly, email and linkedin inmailing
  • Brief the three partnering Recruitment Consultants on active and passive candidates
  • Writing, posting and monitoring advertisements to increase candidate connectivity
  • Increasing your knowledge of the Medical Recruitment process by undertaking research projects on behalf of the team
  • Utilising Linkedin Recruiter with high competence to drive candidate engagement projects
  • Coordinating interviews, collecting interview feedback and supporting Doctors as they onboard into their new roles

Skills and Experience

  • Degree qualified applicants are highly regarded
  • Experience in Human Resources or Business Development processes
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry or professionals
  • Administration or tele-service experience highly regarded
  • Strong verbal communications and comprehension
