About the opportunity...
As the receptionist, you play a crucial role in keeping the office running smoothly. You'll greet visitors, manage calendars and travel arrangements, handle mail and banking tasks, manage office supplies and invoices, and coordinate catering and couriers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask are key to success in this role. As the welcoming face of the office, you'll help create a positive work environment and support the success of the organization.
This position requires a commitment of 5 days in the office per week, however, with flexible options for either full-time or part-time hours to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing...
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Managing meeting room calendars and organizing travel arrangements
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail and banking/depositing cheques
  • Managing office supplies, ordering business cards and name badges, and reconciling invoices
  • Coordinating catering, couriers, and ensuring meeting rooms and kitchens are tidy
What you need...
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a professional demeanour
