About the opportunity
As the Quality Supervisor reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all compliance obligations with regulatory bodies. This includes supporting internal, customer, and external inspections, offering guidance and training to employees, and approving quality events within the company's internal quality systems. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


Duties
  • Releasing for supply when necessary.
  • Conducting internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Assessing areas of improvement within current procedures and implementing improvements.
  • Generating the annual product quality review in accordance with TGA guidelines.
  • Ensuring all employees are complying with SOPs, internal and external standards.
  • Allocating workload to Quality control team.
  • Supervising environmental monitoring, release of incoming materials, and finished goods as per requirements.
  • Performing deviations, Non-conformances reports, and CAPA investigations.
  • Plan, deliver, and manage quality team training and KPIs.

Skills and Experience
  • Post-secondary qualification in a Science related field
  • Minimum 4 years of QA manufacturing pharmaceutical experience or experience within in a similarly regulated industry.
  • Experience in Quality Control processes and equipment, process, and facility validation.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, TGA, NSW, and ISO regulations.
  • Problem solving skills, agility, and continuous proactive team support.
  • Attentive to details, knowledge of quality systems, and great computer skills.
