My client is one of Australia's leading aged & community care providers within the Chinese & South Asian communities. Their foundation is focused around the traditional core values of the community & is embedded throughout each service they provide.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, you will assist with the development of policies & procedures for the provision of high quality care, this role is permanent full time, 76 hours per fortnight.

Utilising your previous experience & knowledge within a quality improvement role, you will review/audit processes identifying gaps in services & implementing improvements in line with government legislation & company guidelines.

Holding excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak fluently in English & Mandarin/Cantonese, you will facilitate changes within policies & relevant government legislation across all levels.

Duties

  • Development & review of policies & procedures
  • Undertake audits, identifying improvements
  • Analysis & reporting of industry & audit trends
  • Communicate changes & gaps throughout all levels
  • Remain up to date with legislative requirements
  • Active promotion of continuous improvement

Skills and Experience

  • Aged Care experience
  • Experience with audits & risk management
  • Development of policy
  • Knowledge of quality & legislative guidelines
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese/Mandarin
