About the company

About the opportunity
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the coordination and status reporting of project-oriented work efforts.

Duties
  • Organise project meetings
  • Take project notes and create a summary for stakeholders
  • Book workshops
  • Update the project schedule and financial forecast
  • Follow up and manage cash flow / Budget tracking
  • Detailed Project Plan
  • Weekly updated dashboard reports on progress and issues
  • Dashboard for tracking of solutions, testing, deployment and closeouts
  • Follow-up of Project Documentation

Skills and Experience
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science or Pharmaceutical
  • Have between 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience would be ideal
  • Experience in working with schedules and tracking project milestones
  • Excellent communication skills
