About the practice and team

Well operated group of boutique health clinics are searching for their next outstanding Practice Manager. 4 clinics located across greater Melbourne, your principal place of operation will be minutes from the South Melbourne Foreshore (3206).

This successful group has of 20 Allied Health Professionals that focus on assessment and treatment for their diverse client group. In line with their growth, a need has arisen for a seasoned group Practice Managers to support their business goals. Act as a trusted business partner to the practice owner and operate with autonomy.

About the role:

• Full-time role- flexibility for part-time availability
• The role is dominantly based in Inner Melbourne with the opportunity to visit 3 other clinics once per month
• Directly support 20 Allied Health Professionals
• Manage a team of 10 Medical Receptionists across 4 locations
• Creation of rosters and management of time sheets
• Manage internal and external communications and resolutions with clients
• Writing of new operating procedures and policies
• HR functions- hiring, training, off boarding

Skills and Experience

• Practice Management background- Allied Health or Medical Specialist experience highly regarded
• Knowledge of Nookal or CLINIKO software
• Ability to engage and drive a team
