About the company
A privately owned, well-established General Practice clinic is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead their operations. The clinic is based in the South-East suburbs of Canberra, in a family focused and community centric area. Currently, the practice is composed of 5 full-time General Practitioners, 3 Allied Health professionals and 14 supporting staff members. An incoming Practice Manager will have the opportunity to autonomously implement policies and processes to ensure that the clinic is running as efficiently as possible.
About the opportunity
The practice is looking for an individual with experience in working in a General Practice setting specifically. The role has two direct reports - a Nursing Manager and a Reception Manager. You would be reporting to the clinic Owner, who operates as the lead business manager. This is an opportunity to those with high commercial and business acumen, seeking to extend their Operations and Management skills, and effectively run the full scope of General Practice management. Your key objective will be the efficient delivery of daily operations and team leadership.
