The role is based in a top four multinational corporate office. The practice is a boutique structure, you will have the opportunity to focus on quality of service over volume. White collar, corporate working aged patient base with a focus on preventative care. Work with a group that prizes a hands-on approach to leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team of 3 GPs and 2000 dedicated patients
• Grow patient following through referrals and marketing
• Create and implement a 'patient experience' process
• Ensure that Doctors are claiming the appropriate MBS items
• Lead accreditation mid- 2023
• Coordinate team meetings -clinical and operations
• Build complimentary services as they become valuable
• Building reports for the executive team using Best Practice
