About the opportunity
Your focus will be to manage the practice code to ensure ethical interactions with healthcare professionals. You will work with partner organisations to increase opportunities for members to run clinical trials in Australia, while collaborating with industry committees to optimise market access for medical devices This role also supports the policy team in developing and advocating for external policy positions for the medical device industry.
Duties
Prepare and conduct training courses
Prepare policy papers, briefs and position statements
Research and analyse data to inform policy positions
Provide secretariat support to industry committees
Represent on committees and advisory groups
Respond to inquiries and maintain FAQs and training materials
Skills and Experience
Tertiary degree in relevant Healthcare or Lifescience field
Strong policy and advocacy skills
Knowledge of medical device or government industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced in stakeholder engagement
