Due to internal promotion, they are seeking a motivated & hungry Pharmacy Sales representative to join their team.

The Role:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager and covering the Brisbane South territory, you will have full ownership of the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to drive their revenue growth
• Highlight customers growth opportunities, implement strategies
• Maintain relationships with the existing portfolio of Pharmacies across South East Queensland
• Continuously hunt for new business opportunities
• Business plan your own territory
• Educate relevant Healthcare Professionals on designated product portfolio (Woundcare)
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure success of product promotions
• Conduct sales analysis, highlighting key accounts & products
• Conduct top line market analysis
• Collaborate with team members to enable market share growth

Your skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications, Science, Nursing, Business
• Minimum 2 yrs Sales experience, preferably Pharmacy Sales
• Proven track record of business planning own territory
• Proven track record of hunting new business opportunities
• Proven track record of building & maintaining relationships
• Proven ability to build commercially viable partnerships with customers
• Conduct margin analysis
• High calibre of customer service skills
• Proven negotiation skills
• Proven analytical skills, and the ability to highlight growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player attitude
• Motivated by positive patient outcomes
