Design target operating structures for specific business units in alignment with organisational principles.
Create functional organisational charts with defined accountability's and reporting lines.
Develop and maintain detailed Position Descriptions, implement quality control, and outline essential management processes for operationalizing accountability's.
Foster organisational culture development by optimising engagement and analyse results for improvement.
Align culture with company values and brand.
Align workforce profile and talent processes with the organisation's value promise, strategy, and customer experience.
Optimise talent management practices.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications in Organisational Design or Leadership Development
Experience in organisational design.
Would be great to have a familiarity with Not for Profit environments.
