About the opportunity:
Working as part of a team within a GMP environment, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders for life-saving medications. You will also have opportunities to develop skills and support other cross-functional areas of the business.
Duties:
- Manage the receipt & processing of customer orders
- Validating information in orders for completeness
- Notifying customers of ETA's for their orders
- Collaborating with production staff to monitor workload
- Supporting customers with their enquiries
- Documentation in relation to GMP
- Ad hoc duties as per business needs
Skills and Experience:
- Must have data entry / admin / customer service experience
- Need to have strong written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft programmes (Word, Outlook etc.) is essential
- Work experience within pharmaceuticals or retail pharmacy is highly advantageous
- Related qualification (e.g. pharmacy, medical science etc.) would be beneficial
- Reliable and dependable
- High attention to detail / accuracy are critical in this role
- Happy to commit to an on-going assignment
