About the opportunity:
Working as part of a team within a GMP environment, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders for life-saving medications. You will also have opportunities to develop skills and support other cross-functional areas of the business.
Manage the receipt & processing of customer orders
Validating information in orders for completeness
Notifying customers of ETA's for their orders
Collaborating with production staff to monitor workload
Supporting customers with their enquiries
Documentation in relation to GMP
Ad hoc duties as per business needs
Skills and Experience:
Must have data entry / admin / customer service experience
Need to have strong written & verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft programmes (Word, Outlook etc.) is essential
Work experience within pharmaceuticals or retail pharmacy is highly advantageous
Related qualification (e.g. pharmacy, medical science etc.) would be beneficial
Reliable and dependable
High attention to detail / accuracy are critical in this role
Happy to commit to an on-going assignment
