In this role, all optical dispensing activities will be overseen by you. Liaising with multiple stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall performance. You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and processing orders
• Process improvement
• Product knowledge
• Reporting on local performance
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the business
• Maintaining relationships with customers
• Reporting to the operations manager
• Inventory control
• Conducting pricing and activity audits

Skills and Experience

• Certificate 4 in Optical Dispensing is essential
• Customer service in a retail or call environment is also highly recommended
• Understanding of all optical dispensing practices

• Ability to work in a team

• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
