Description of role
 
This position is open to applicants from a commercial healthcare leadership background or a Registered Nurse with leadership experience;
 

• Lead a team of 10- 15 RNs across a dedicated district of Sydney i.e.. Western Sydney/ North Shore etc 
• Coordinate and amend rosters for RN team fortnightly 
• Continuously identify training opportunities through skills auditing via the LMS
• Each Team Leader manages a territory of 30- 60 clients
• For applicants with clinical registration- coordinate care for complex needs patients including hospital transfer
• Work directly with heads of business- Medical Directors, Operations Directors and Education Specialists
• Opportunity to enhance your interests and capabilities in quality and auditing
• You will work collaboratively with GPs, Clinical Nurse Managers, Care Workers and more
• You will work a mix of onsite and office based days per week

 
Experience sought
 

• Management of a Clinical Team of 10 or more
• Background in social care, community care or aged care
• A motivated and caring leader will fit well with the established team
