About the opportunity
As the National Sales Manager, you be responsible for guiding, mentoring & driving the Oncology Sales team, ultimately to increase market share, and lead the team through upcoming product launches.
Responsibilities
Develop & implement impactful Sales strategies
Guide, mentor, coach & lead this National team to success
Collaborate with Brand teams, ensuring the development of successful sales initiatives
Partner with Account stakeholders, develop KOLs
Analyse varied data sources; highlighting opportunities
Develop successful product launch strategies/processes
Skills and Experience
Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Business, Nursing, or related discipline is essential
Pharmacaetucial sales leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to coach & mentor high performing teams
Proven ability to develop & implement successful business plans
Oncology experience, or experience across highly specialised therapeutic areas
Proven analytical skills and superior problem solving skills
Ability to think outside the box
Passion to positively impact patients
