About the Opportunity

The Multichannel / omnichannel Customer Experience Manager, is a specialist marketing position, dedicated to customer experience and engagement through collaborating with the existing marketing and sales teams and using digital executions.

This is an integral role that works across several key brands and functions. You will work collaboratively as part of the multi-channel team within ANZ and the wider North Asia and Pacific Hub to share learnings, create synergies and enable systems to support great customer experiences across 'touchpoints' and through the customer journey.

Duties

  • Lead multi-channel marketing transformation strategies to enhance customer engagement
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to execute and align marketing strategies
  • Uncover what drives customers in order to shape the strategies
  • Work in collaboration with the commercial teams
  • Train the sales teams on the engagement tools and resources
  • Coach, develop & lead the ANZ Multichannel Customer Experience team
  • Be a core member of Regional Multichannel Customer Experience leadership team supporting wider hub MCE transformation.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, customer engagement and/or digital marketing
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience required
  • Qualifications in Science, Marketing and/or Business
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally across the business
