About the role

This fast-paced Medical Receptionist Full-Time Temp role for 4-6 weeks, based in East Melbourne will perform high level administrative and customer support duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage reception area and related tasks

  • Perform necessary invoicing and billing duties

  • Manage scheduling system, booking,and confirming appointments

  • Maintain relevant electronic databases and spreadsheets

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in medical reception/office administration role

  • Strong decision making, problem solving and time management skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team and independently

  • Detail oriented with high interpersonal skills.
