This fast-paced Medical Receptionist Full-Time Temp role for 4-6 weeks, based in East Melbourne will perform high level administrative and customer support duties.
Responsibilities include:
Manage reception area and related tasks
Perform necessary invoicing and billing duties
Manage scheduling system, booking,and confirming appointments
Maintain relevant electronic databases and spreadsheets
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in medical reception/office administration role
Strong decision making, problem solving and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Detail oriented with high interpersonal skills.
