About the opportunity
Join this globally leading pharmaceutical company as a Medical Manager - Rheumatology, where you will be the expert for the Rheumatology pipeline and other relevant therapeutic areas. This will involve scientific exchange and relationship building with key industry thought leaders
Duties
Develop and maintain in depth knowledge and be the medical expert for assigned therapeutic area
Initiate and develop strong and credible relationships with industry key thought leaders
Attend scientific congresses, advisory boards, round table meetings
Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs to HCPs
Literature searches, utilising key messages to update and educate the wider company
Training across relevant departments including updating of training materials
Review and preparation of promotional materials
Provide input into marketing strategies and key commercial initiatives
Ensure compliance to all applicable industry regulations and guidelines
Clinical research duties including design and implementation of research projects, review and approval of IIS studies and provide support to the internal Clinical Operations Team
Skills and Experience
Bachelors Degree or Medical Degree in a relevant discipline
Relevant therapy and product pharmaceutical industry experience
Knowledge of the drug development process
Clinical research experience
Strong cross functional and stakeholder management
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
