A 12 month fix term casual contract adding to a close knit team of Medical Information professionals. You will provide support to and solve queries for patients, pharmacists and other HCPs, specialising in the Diabetes portfolio.

Duties
- Manage incoming enquires from customers – providing balanced and accurate information in a professional manner
- Process adverse events cases
- Handle product quality complaints
- Provide feedback on process improvement to allow for customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance of daily activities
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Nursing or related healthcare degree
- Previous experience in a medical information role highly desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Good written communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
