About the opportunity
A 12 month fix term casual contract adding to a close knit team of Medical Information professionals. You will provide support to and solve queries for patients, pharmacists and other HCPs, specialising in the Diabetes portfolio.
 
Duties

• Manage incoming enquires from customers – providing balanced and accurate information in a professional manner
• Process adverse events cases
• Handle product quality complaints
• Provide feedback on process improvement to allow for customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance of daily activities

 
Skills and Experience

• Tertiary degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Nursing or related healthcare degree
• Previous experience in a medical information role highly desired
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Good written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
