Position Overview:

This opportunity would ideally suit a healthcare industry professional experience with experience as an Operations Manager, Account Manager or Group Practice Manager. The role is multi-dimensional bringing together team leadership, training analytics, education, audit/ governance, and project management. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the heads of Customer Excellence and Clinical Management. You will be at the head of a team of 80 highly trained Nurses and closely supported by 7 Senior Nurses that act as Area Managers. Your key objective will be the efficient delivery of daily operations and team leadership.

Duties

• Consistent and structured communications & meetings with the full Nursing team
• Identify opportunities for staff training, progression, and performance management
• Audit, identify and plan for the requirement of clinical governance in line with AHPRA and Nursing Council of NZ
• Create and implement new SOPs and training plans
• Report cyclically to the Executive Management team

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in one of the following: Operational Management, Territory Management, Account Management
• The ability to communicate with professionals of different disciplines and aptitude
• Experience within health care or medical training
• Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Suite and/ or commercial CRMs
• An organised and resilient persona
