Duties
- Contribute to the development of medical strategies to support brand commercialization activities
- Understand and anticipate the scientific information needs
- Be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of medical launch readiness plans
- Support training of sales representatives and other medical representatives
- Contribute to the development, review, and approval of promotional materials
- Provide medical insight and training to patient support programs.
Skills and Experience
- Medical degree or PhD with a strong clinical background in the relevant therapeutic area
- At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross functional areas and with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and team building skills
