About the opportunity
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing engagement with Medical Oncologists across Australia. You will be involved in a transformative initiative, with the aim of revolutionizing cancer treatment through genomic screening and matching patients with advanced or incurable cancer to clinical trials for new targeted therapies.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and stakeholder engagement plans targeting Medical Oncologists and selected associations.
Achieve full market penetration, ensuring every Medical Oncologist in Australia is aware of and refers patients to this company.
Craft and execute tactical marketing and engagement plans with clear KPIs and action steps, segmented quarterly over a 12-month period.
Enhance relationships with professional societies through monthly meetings, podcasts, webinars, educational initiatives, and participation in meetings and conferences.
Skills & Experience
Strong marketing background, preferably as a Brand Manager within a pharmaceutical company.
Experience working across multiple companies, both small and large, or with contracting assignments.
Proven ability to quickly gain traction, deliver results, and navigate the complexity of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively across different organizational functions
Deep understanding of the Australian oncology sector, with a preference for knowledge in precision medicine and genomics.
Tactical and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills to convey results and strategies across stakeholders.
Motivated by working in a dynamic, pioneering, and exhilarating environment.
