About the opportunity

Supporting the commercial team you will have direct contact with the business unit franchise head, product managers and key stakeholders. You will be involved in the delivery of sales conferences, events, planning of marketing calendars and the development of sales and marketing strategies in conjunction with industry compliance.

Duties:

  • Manage full implementation of the SOP

  • Assist in developing promotional material

  • Organise events & webinars

  • Expense reporting and reconciliation

  • Managing customer database and reports

  • Coordinate all internal and external Marketing and Sales related functions

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in healthcare- pharmaceuticals or medical devices

  • Experience working in Events, Marketing and Contract Coordination

  • Ability to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency

  • High level communicator both written and verbal

  • Strong business acumen

  • Must be able to start December 1st
