About the opportunity In your inside sales role, you will connect with customers, maintain relationships, support sales representatives, create leads and build processes. Supporting a market leading range of products in a unique market. Be genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and be given opportunities to grow and advance your career.
Qualify leads for sales representatives
Conduct follow up calls for general enquiries, product enquiries, and pricing
Manage multiple communication channels
Manage customer details in CRM system
To act as a liaison between the organisation and customers
Meet monthly KPI’s in adherence to the organisational target
Skills and Experience
Experience in customer service and tele-sales advantageous
Exposure to Salesforce advantageous
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Exposure/passion for medical devices
Service minded, proactive and hands on
Science or biomedical degree advantageous
Ability to work autonomously and multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Objection handling skills and experience generating leads desirable
