About the opportunity
In your inside sales role, you will connect with customers, maintain relationships, support sales representatives, create leads and build processes. Supporting a market leading range of products in a unique market. Be genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and be given opportunities to grow and advance your career.
 
Duties

• Qualify leads for sales representatives
• Conduct follow up calls for general enquiries, product enquiries, and pricing
• Manage multiple communication channels
• Manage customer details in CRM system
• To act as a liaison between the organisation and customers
• Meet monthly KPI’s in adherence to the organisational target

Skills and Experience

• Experience in customer service and tele-sales advantageous
• Exposure to Salesforce advantageous
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Exposure/passion for medical devices
• Service minded, proactive and hands on
• Science or biomedical degree advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Objection handling skills and experience generating leads desirable
