About the opportunity
In your new inside sales role, you will work in a team connecting with customers, maintain relationships, support sales representatives and create leads. Supporting a market leading range of innovative devices supporting an essential industry. Be genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and be given opportunities to grow and advance your career.
 
Duties

• Proactively generate leads for sales representatives
• Conduct follow up calls for general enquiries, product enquiries, and pricing
• Manage multiple communication channels
• Manage customer details in CRM system
• To act as a liaison between the organisation and customers
• Meet monthly KPI’s in adherence to the organisational target

Skills and Experience

• Experience in customer service and tele-sales required
• Exposure to CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Science or food degree is required
• Be proactive and hands on
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Objection handling skills and experience generating leads desirable
